Public Review and Public Hearing and 45 day Comment Period

The Roanoke Housing Authority is receiving public comments regarding the proposed fiscal year
beginning (FYB) 2026 Annual Plan, the Capital Fund Program (CFP) fiscal year beginning (FYB) 2026-2030
Five -Year Plan, and the Capital Fund Program (CFP) fiscal year beginning 2026 Plan and 2030 Plan.
All Plans and CFP Plans are available for public review at the Roanoke Housing Authority located at 231 Avenue A, Roanoke, AL 36274. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30 to 5:30 PM.

A Public Hearing will be held on April 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM to receive public comments regarding the
proposed fiscal year beginning (FYB) 2026 Annual Plan, the Capital Fund Program (CFP) fiscal year
beginning (FYB) 2026-2030 Five-Year Plan, and the Capital Fund Program (CFP) fiscal year beginning
2026 Plan and 2030 Plan. 

The Hearing will be held at the Roanoke Housing Authority located at 231 Ave A, Roanoke, AL 36274.

Comments related to the proposed fiscal year beginning (FYB) 2026 Annual Plan, the Capital Fund
Program (CFP) fiscal year beginning (FYB) 2026-2030 Five-Year Plan, and the Capital Fund Program (CFP)
fiscal year beginning 2026 Plan and 2030 Plan, may be submitted at the Roanoke Housing Authority,
during the Public Hearing or mailed to the Roanoke Housing Authority, Attn: Shannon Walters Plan/CFP
Comments, 231 Avenue A, Roanoke, AL 36274. The public comment period begins on February 20, 2026
and ends on April 6, 2026 @ 12:00 PM. Comments received after April 6, 2026 @ 12:00 PM will not be
