The AHA manages affordable housing units in Auburn, Lafayette and Roanoke, AL. The units are subsidized by HUD for low-income families and individuals. The units offer low-income families and individuals the opportunity to rent an affordable apartment that is decent and sanitary. Tenants can expect to pay about 30% to 40% of their monthly income towards their rent.
