Looking for encouragement, connection, and community? We invite you to be part of two impactful programs designed to support women and seniors through conversation, shared experiences, and meaningful moments.

Whether you're navigating the journey of motherhood or enjoying your golden years, these gatherings offer a warm and welcoming environment where relationships flourish and lives are enriched.

Mentoring Moms

Mentoring Moms is a supportive and uplifting gathering where moms come together to enjoy lunch, connect, and help one another through the challenges and triumphs of motherhood. With caring hearts and a wealth of life experience, we offer encouragement, guidance, and friendship to moms who need it most.

Ladies from all AHA sites are welcome.

Wonderful Wednesdays offer an inviting space for seniors age 60 and up to come together for fun, connection, and enriching activities. It's a time to build friendships, share stories, and engage in experiences that nourish both mind and spirit.
