Roanoke Housing Authority, managed by Auburn Housing Authority, is updating how we share important information with you. We're moving toward email-based communication to provide faster and more efficient service.
What's Changing
We are phasing out most hand-delivered notices. Going forward, the majority of notices will be sent by email. This change will help us save time and ensure you receive timely updates. HUD-mandated notices will continue to be delivered by hand.
90-Day Transition Period
For the next 90 days, we will send both email and hand-delivered notices so residents have time to adjust to the new system.
