Summer Snow Brings Sweet Relief to AHA Communities

On the morning of July 24, 2025, AHA brought a cool treat to East Park, Moton, and Drake communities with the "Summer Snow" event. Starting at 8 a.m., the ACDC Van rolled through each site with a traveling snow cone machine, spreading smiles and icy refreshment along the way.

Residents of all ages lined up to enjoy snow cones in a variety of flavors and picked out colorful Hawaiian leis to wear for the occasion. Though rain later washed out visits to Sparkman, Porter, and Ridgecrest, 24 individuals were able to enjoy the fun before the weather brought it to an early close.

Despite the shortened route, the event was a sweet and refreshing way to beat the summer heat!
