As we move into the holiday season, we want to make sure our residents are aware of all upcoming events and important Food Pantry schedule changes. Please review the details below to plan ahead and make the most of these opportunities.
Food Pantry Holiday Hours
Our Food Pantry will have adjusted hours during November, December, and early January to accommodate the holidays.

Thanksgiving Farmers Market
Join us for our special Thanksgiving Farmers Market! This market will feature a variety of free seasonal items and fresh produce to help residents prepare for the holidays.

This event is free and open to the public. Note that seniors and individuals with disabilities will be served first.
Mentoring Moms
Our Mentoring Moms program offers guidance, support, and a safe space for mothers to connect and share.

Community Tree Decorating Contest
It's time to kick off the holiday season with a little friendly competition! Each community will decorate its own holiday tree. Residents are asked to bring one ornament (with your unit number labeled on the bottom for return after judging). Ornaments may be dropped off beginning now and must be received no later than December 8. Trees will be judged on December 11. The community with the winning tree will receive a Pizza Party in early January!
Christmas Farmers Market
Join us for our special Christmas Farmers Market! This market will feature a variety of free seasonal items and fresh produce to help residents prepare for the holidays.

Christmas Market: December 16, 2-4 PM at Ridgecrest Community
This event is free and open to the public. Note that seniors and individuals with disabilities will be served first.
Santa Shoppe - Sparkman Community Center
On December 18 at 12 PM, children in our community are invited to visit Santa's Shoppe at the Sparkman Community Center. Each child will be able to select one gift to give to someone special. Parents will wait outside while children shop, and we will wrap the gifts before they leave. Santa will also be available for family photos. Children will receive cookies and hot chocolate to take home.
Marvelous Monday
There will be no November session of Marvelous Monday.

Resident Advisory Board (RAB)
The Resident Advisory Board meetings will resume in January 2026, taking place on the last Wednesday of each month at 11 AM.
