2018 PHADA Scholarship Application
In order to encourage academic excellence and community responsibility among high school students, PHADA has implemented a scholarship program for graduating seniors who are preparing to enter college. PHADA will award two (2) scholarships to deserving youth currently residing in a PHADA member agency. The two scholarships to be awarded are the Stephen J. Bollinger Memorial Scholarship for $7,000 and the Freedom & Civil Rights Scholarship for $5,000.
Applications are due to PHADA by January 26, 2018.
