Eviction Moratorium

Congress recently passed the CARES Act, a new federal law that sets into place an eviction moratorium which says that you cannot be evicted for not paying your rent until July 25, 2020.

You also can't be charged late fees for not paying your rent during this time. You will still have to pay the rent you owe. The eviction moratorium applies to ALL public housing and voucher tenants.
