The AHA, hereby, notifies all proposers that it will affirmatively ensure that all disadvantaged and women’s business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to these requests and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of gender, race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.

The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the qualifications process. Qualification statements, bids, or proposals may be held by the AHA for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the opening for the purpose of selecting the most qualified firm.

  • RFP No. 24002 ANNUAL AUDIT SERVICES
  • Sale of Surplus Vehicles & Equipment

    The Auburn Housing Authority is requesting sealed bids for the sale of a 2001 Dodge B2500 Van, a 2005 Ford F150 Truck, and a 2004 Ford F150 Truck.  The aforementioned vehicles and equipment have been taken out of AHA service and will be sold in "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied.  The AHA urges prospective bidders to view the vehicles and/or equipment before submitting a bid. 

    The above vehicles and equipment will be available for inspection at 931 Booker Street, Auburn, AL 36832.  Inspections will be by appointment ONLY, during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Please call 334-821-2262 ext. 243 to schedule.

    Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "AHA Surplus Vehicle & Equipment Bid".  The envelope should be addressed to:

    Sealed bids must be received by the Auburn Housing Authority office prior to 3:00 PM (CST) on September 30, 2024 and must be submitted on the forms supplied by the Housing Authority.

    The Auburn Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part and to waive informalities and irregularities, as it may deem to be in the AHA's best interest.
