HCVP Text Message Notifications

Please read the following message regarding the text notification process for HCVP participants from McCright & Associates:

Greetings,

In an effort to provide great value to our customers, on February 15, 2021, we will begin a text notification process to your HCVP participants for all scheduled inspections and re-inspections.  This process is incumbent on active cell numbers being present in the database.  Participants will have the option to opt-out of the text message per FTC guidelines.  The link will allow for the participant to view the results via www.results.mccright.com via the event ID provided in the text message.  

Current notifications including letter notifications and automated phone calls will continue without interruption.  The text notification process is an added value to your contract services with intent to alleviate the issues being experienced with the USPS postal delivery delays.
