Young Female Achievers and Believers (Y-FABS)
(Ages 6-11)

Y-FABS was created by Auburn City Councilwoman Connie Taylor and Teixiera Powell for females between the ages of 6 to 11 in the Lee and Macon County areas.

Y-FABS is a new program for young females to achieve their goals and to believe in themselves.

Y-FABS objective is to instill self-value, self-esteem, and self-worth.

Y-FABS  will develop skills for discipline, independence, and morals that they can use in their everyday lives.

The Lee County area scouts will meet the 2nd Monday of every month from 5:30 pm- 7 pm at the Boykin Community Center in Auburn, AL

Y-FABS will start off as mini-scouts, then junior scouts, then scouts, and graduate as a Grand Scout.

Each scout will receive Pink, Purple, and Yellow T-shirts.

The goal is to reach, teach, and minister to these young females to become great leaders and citizens in their communities.
