Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The Auburn Housing Authority (AHA) and its affiliate, AHA Development LLD, are navigating unchartered territory and are making operational changes due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please be informed that the health and safety of our residents, staff, and the general public is our number one priority; therefore, we are making various operational changes in an effort to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19. Because of this, we will be implementing the changes outlined below that will cause some disruptions to our normal business operations which will be in effect until further notice:

OFFICE HOURS AND CONTACT: Our office is open to the general public Monday - Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Our lobby seating capacity is limited. Temperature checks and masks are required for entry into our building. Walk-in appointments are accepted, but appointments are encouraged. To make an appointment with a team member of the Multi-Family Housing Department, call 334-821-2262 ext. 212.

RENT PAYMENTS: Effective July 1, 2021, no cash rental payments will be accepted. Rent can be paid via money order, checks, and credit/debit cards. To make a payment via money order or check you can mail your payment to 931 Booker St, Auburn, AL, 36832, use the payment drop box at our Admin Office, or in person at our admin office during our regular operating hours. Works Orders: The AHA Maintenance Team is responding to all work order request and HQS Inspections have been reinstated. To submit a work order or ask questions concerning work orders or inspections contact:
