The Board of Directors of the Auburn Community Development Corporation ("ACDC") met via Zoom on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 due to the COVID19 pandemic. The Zoom link and call-in information are below.

CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Director's Regular Meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm by Sharon Tolbert, President.

ROLL CALL
Present: Nolan Torbert, Deborah Hand, Marguerite White, Rene Waldrop, Robert Smith, and Sharon Tolbert
Others Present: Sandra Sanders (Staff)
Absent: None
There was a quorum for the purpose of conducting business.

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
President Tolbert asked if there were any changes to the Agenda. There were no changes. President Tolbert asked for a motion to approve the Agenda. Director Smith moved that the Agenda be approved as received. Director White seconded said motion and all members voted aye. President Tolbert declared the Agenda approved.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
President Tolbert asked if there were any corrections to the November 30, 2021 Regular Meeting Minutes. There were no changes. President Tolbert asked for a motion to approve the Minutes. Director Waldrop moved that the Minutes be approved. Director Torbert seconded said motion and all members voted aye. President Tolbert declared the Minutes approved.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.

TREASURER'S REPORTS
A. CDBG CARES Finance Report: December 2021
Directors were provided the CDBG December 2021 CARES Finance Report. Secretary/Treasurer Torbert reviewed the report.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. Food Pantry Update
Directors were provided the Food Pantry Update report. President Tolbert reviewed the report. It was reported ACDC partnered with the Food Bank to offer three onsite Christmas Farmer's Markets at Auburn, LaFayette and Roanoke Housing Authorities; 276 families were served. There were 73 visits at the Food Pantry in December 2021. There was various dialogue about the Food Pantry and onsite Farmer's Markets. President Tolbert commended staff for implementing the various food programs.

A. Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held on February 22, 2022.

OTHER BUSINESS
There was no additional business.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, President Tolbert asked for a motion to adjourn. Director Waldrop moved that the meeting be adjourned; Director White seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 1:04 pm.
