AUBURN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

The Board of Director's Regular Meeting

March 28, 2023

The Board of Directors of the Auburn Community Development Corporation ("ACDC") had its Regular Board meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023. The meeting was held at the Auburn Housing
Authority located at 931 Booker Street, Auburn, AL 36832

CALL TO ORDER

The Board of Director's Regular Meeting was called to order at 2:22 pm by Sharon Tolbert, President.

ROLL CALL

Present: Deborah Hand, Marguerite White, Nolan Torbert, Robert Smith, Rene Waldrop, and Sharon Tolbert
Others Present: Sandra Sanders (Staff)
Absent: None

APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

President Tolbert asked if there were any changes to the Agenda. There were no changes. President Tolbert asked for a motion to approve the Agenda. Director Smith moved that the Agenda be approved as received. Director Waldrop seconded said motion and all members voted aye. President Tolbert declared the Agenda approved.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

President Tolbert asked if there were any corrections to the February 28, 2023, Regular Meeting Minutes. There were no changes. President Tolbert asked for a motion to approve the Minutes. Director White moved that the Minutes be approved. Director Smith seconded said motion and all members voted aye. President Tolbert declared the Minutes approved.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

There were no public comments.

TREASURER'S REPORTS

A. CDBG CARES Finance Report
Secretary/Treasurer Torbert reviewed the February 2023 CDBG grant revenue, expenses, and available balance. The Board was provided detailed reports for each grant allocation.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

A. Food Pantry Update
Directors were provided with a copy of the Food Pantry Update Report. President Tolbert reviewed the report. The February 2023 report reflected 174 visits and 6,927 pounds of food was distributed.

B. Affordable Housing
President Tolbert shared information regarding AHFA's American Rescue Plan funding. She will review the information to see if it could be a funding opportunity for ACDC and will follow up at the next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

A. Next Meeting

The next meeting will be held on May 30, 2023. A Special Meeting will be held if there are time-sensitive action items.

There was no other business.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, President Tolbert asked for a motion to adjourn. Director Smith moved that the meeting be adjourned; Director Waldrop seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 2:28 pm.
